Has anyone NOT talked to a hiring manager yet? I spoke with the recruiter two weeks ago, did the online questionnaire and was told I would hear something this week, which I didn’t. Looks like I am out of the running.

I have heard all kinds of situations, but most have talked to hiring manager at least via phone if its been two weeks since recruiter and online questionnaire. I don't know if that means you are out of the running. Is the recruiter telling you anything? It can be so frustrating as recruiters tend to string people along.

Do you mean Home Study starts Dec. 1st? Hmmm... Dec 1st is a Sunday, not sure if you're just throwing approximate dates out there, but for those that have gotten offers, did they give you a time frame in weeks of home study and live training?

Quick question… Have all the candidates been identified or are they still in the interview process? I sent my resume over two weeks ago and I have a really good relationship with one of the recruiters but haven’t even heard back from him, and I used to be a Syneos Employee.

My start date is 11/11. That’s when my home study and onboarding begins. I was told there is an second wave of hiring that will begin early December.

I have heard there is a hiring event to fill the remaining positions, and I can confirm what others have said regarding slow formal offers. Apparently there is one (or two) people writing the offers. There was about a week and a half lag time between the decision to hire me, and the actual formal offer came through.

Same with me but I didn’t even get a questionnaire. I have start up and several product launches and 8 years CNS experience along with selling a migraine med for 3 years. I was told I would be contacted this week. I do know that the hiring managers start date was this Monday, so I’m still hoping for a call but I’m starting to think I’ve been passed over.

I have CNS experience, plus great numbers, plus launch experience, plus great references.
Recruiter excluded experienced reps in my geography.
She did not even let the hiring manager view my resume.

I was told by DM the salary range is 90k-100k. Anyone else heard the same?

Yes. I am at 130 base now and told the DM I can’t leave my current role for any less than 125-130. I turned down the next interview because of it & had the DM reach back out even though the base is still 100-105k...Curious to know if there is any truth in the 120k base???

Reqruiter told me top base was 120K
and no more, And that would be to a very limited amount of people.
