We are all hosed by September. Wayyyy too many reps, it’s been fun while it’s lasted . I am already looking.

Poor business model. Don't need two dummy reps in a geography plus one dummy manager. If one dummy rep can’t get it done then you hired the wrong person for the job.

COVID just sped it up.

200 or so reps are sufficient to sell this product.

I am not worried because I bring value to my providers! They consider me to be a valuable part of their healthcare team. My manager thinks that one day I might even be the CEO here! I AM UNTOUCHABLE!

Anytime someone comes on cafepharma denying layoffs is just trying to keep people working until the axe falls. It happens on every Pharma board. Usually followed by the lay-off everyone knew was coming.

AI will take over our jobs and it will be so easy. Systems will monitor HCP's #'ing habits and counter point with competitor's selling advantages all through their devices. I'm seeing it on a personal level regarding my shopping habits and subtly it's actually working. Are we there yet no; are we very close? Hell to the YES.

Looking at every state to reduce headcount in next few months . This company isn’t set up for virtual model and several offices are closed anyway to industry. Good luck everyone .crappy time to find work

Well, we didn't wait the recommended timeframe after launch or get the Feds to sign off on our commercials before running them, so hiring a Kardashian is par for the course.
