Keep telling yourself that.

Why would there be multiple divisions for a suite of migraine drugs?

By the time this company has a need for other divisions, 3/4 of the field will have turned over or the company will have been acquired.

The leadership team isn’t here to build, they are here to cash out.

If they were attempting to cash out current value would have to go up abruptly after promotion starts and future speculative value 4-5 times more than that, their metric driven contract managers with no success are the opposite

I was offered 100 and countered. They rejected it. Don’t know much about med yet. Car is $150/mo and suv is $224/mo. I have specialty, CNS and experience. This is a low offer and expensive output for car a still on the fence
So who told you all that info? Recruiter or manager? And did you accept the offer?

Who cares about the managers. They are as disposable as the reps.

THe post was about the huge layer of Sr leadership with numerous options who are just looking for a cash out.

No one can predict the future but I can tell you that training has been excellent so far. I’m comfortable with the leadership. They are organized and have a plan in place. Are they top heavy on leadership? Only time will tell . Risky? Maybe this industry is risky by definition. This is a chance I’m happy to take.

Total waste of time! These managers are passing on reps with experience...horrible

To all of you naysayers that are butt hurt because you were passed over, I’m sorry you weren’t brought on board. After a week of listening to some top notch talent in leadership discuss the products & company vision, I feel even worse for you. Risky? I was hesitant but I left one of the “better” perceived pharma companies to come to Biohaven. The entire industry is risky but I feel great about my decision now that week one is in the books. Keep looking for your next big break, negativity probably won’t help.
