Are they considering anyone without Neuroscience experience?
Keep telling yourself that.
Why would there be multiple divisions for a suite of migraine drugs?
By the time this company has a need for other divisions, 3/4 of the field will have turned over or the company will have been acquired.
The leadership team isn’t here to build, they are here to cash out.
No verbals for 1/27 start date-I was told 12/19 verbal followed up with written.Have all sales offers been offered... at least the verbal ones?
I received a verbal offer the day after my interviews. Formal offer expected next week for 1/27 start. If you have not heard anything since interviews, then you may be second in line if first candidate falls through.Have all sales offers been offered... at least the verbal ones?
Interviewing still from what I heard and will make final offers week of Christmas for 1/27 start dateHave all sales offers been offered... at least the verbal ones?
Agreed! The waiting is the hardest part
So who told you all that info? Recruiter or manager? And did you accept the offer?I was offered 100 and countered. They rejected it. Don’t know much about med yet. Car is $150/mo and suv is $224/mo. I have specialty, CNS and experience. This is a low offer and expensive output for car a still on the fence
I’ve been talking and texting with the manager. Annmarie from the Dallas interviews confirmed the official verbals and written offers are next week.So who told you all that info? Recruiter or manager? And did you accept the offer?
Okay. Still on the fence? Feeling better about the offer now?I’ve been talking and texting with the manager. Annmarie from the Dallas interviews confirmed the official verbals and written offers are next week.
If they were attempting to cash out current value would have to go up abruptly after promotion starts and future speculative value 4-5 times more than that, their metric driven contract managers with no success are the opposite
No one can predict the future but I can tell you that training has been excellent so far. I’m comfortable with the leadership. They are organized and have a plan in place. Are they top heavy on leadership? Only time will tell . Risky? Maybe this industry is risky by definition. This is a chance I’m happy to take.Who cares about the managers. They are as disposable as the reps.
THe post was about the huge layer of Sr leadership with numerous options who are just looking for a cash out.
Total waste of time! These managers are passing on reps with experience...horribleNo one can predict the future but I can tell you that training has been excellent so far.
