i don’t know how you don’t understand. What indication have you had that she or Alisha of Michel care about anyone but themselves. From the shit bonuses to the pre recorded layoff video to not bothering to have a call with us until a week after the final NCD decision. It’s not like this current situation is out of character for any of them.

I've heard from a couple of people that we will be here until June. I know that one of the sources of the rumor was Gep, but he started saying that right after the final NCD was announced before the board could have approved anything, so that seems like nothing but speculation to me. I can't imaging that they would keep everyone until then. Waste of money.

GEP has been wrong about everything: literally. He is a “yes man”.
 








They may get the cost savings by keeping the misery index up. More than a few groups may not have to have layoffs due to the exodus over the last year. And its not like hr can actually recruit to join the toxic hellhole (as if hr was capable of anything other than spreading dysfunction and misery). Wont work in all groups but maybe avoids headlines like 15 percent of workforce, massive severance charge, warn notification, and radical candor from ex employees in interviews all at once rather than slow drip. Who the hell knows what they will do. Double down on Ban?

Big money saved to the bottom line for each employee that leaves on their own volition. Severance packages are expensive!
 
















































How many total reps will be canned?

There's only about 200 TBM positions on the AD team, 25 account roles and 25 reimbursement roles...that is not counting all that have quit already. There's 25ish first line sales managers. probably a handful of reimbursement managers, and 4 second line sales managers. So, at the most, there are about 270 people on the AD team because so many have left - likely less. Not sure how many they will cut in HQ/R&D/manufacturing/patient services. I could see them transitioning some HQ to zuranolone/tofersen/biosimilar.
