Biogen Cleaning House

Keep notes and specifics of what that wench does. Lawsuit and whistle blower suit coming soon.... she and Biogen will pay. Anyone who has dirt when it comes down contact the law firm and you'll be included in the suit.....and the money. Buh bye Karen...

What is the law firm? I would like to contact them. With all the things she has done I wouldn’t be surprised if it was a class action suit.

Do not go to HR to complain about Karen! She was just promoted to a Senior RBD. Lisa 'loves' her... They will not take any complaint seriously! I worked for her and it was the worst 2-4 years of my life. I complained when I was leaving and they completely dismissed me and my complaint. If I wasn't leaving, I knew my life would be hell!! I'm sure her team loves all the 'feedback' she gives... How long does that take?? 2...3...4 hours during each ride along???

I am interviewing here-and I’ve had my fair share of toxic managers but I’ve decided to just accept it as part of my career. I am not a veteran that sold in the 90’s-but genuinely trying to learn from those of you that don’t like the “90’s style pharma management”…what does that look like? My best manager came from BI- didn’t micromanage, was well liked by my offices, coached me professionally with my sales skills/was always encouraging, never critical.

My worst manager knew what time I was active and what time I stopped-managed my time, I would do certain tasks to boost my call reach and she would interrupt me and show me how to email instead to reach a decision maker; just a nightmare like dealing with a parent that won’t let me make my own decisions because shes only managing 5 of us.

So, is she just a backstabbed? Micromanager? What issues have been raised with HR?

In response to how can her being here be legal…affirmative action; why get rid of her? There’s no federal or state law thats been violated, unless I’m missing something. Just bc she is allegedly promoting non compliance with phrma code that has to be reported to the board directly, its a code not a law. Companies can hire whoever they want-theyre allowed to hire family unqualified without repercussion. Managers can say anything they want unless its seggsual harrass.

Biogen is known throughout the industry as one of, if not the worst, at cutting people - Biogen has always maintained all employees are replaceable and quickly and without a second thought strip people of their jobs with minimum severance
