I would like to hear interview experiences for both biologics and the extended care division. How long is the process? How challenging is it? Any suggestions/ tips?

three rounds of interview; last one being ride along. basic sales type interview including role play. nothing crazy IMO

I'm thinking of coming over to your wound care division. Looks like max base pay is $85,000. So no raises or promotions within Sales once that cap is hit?

Anyone looking to join Smith & Nephew's Advanced Wound Management division should proceed with caution. AWM is lacking in any sort of stability over the last couple of years and management does not appreciate nor care about the reps in this division while they are sorting through all their product and management issues. Although they do have some great products, my advice would be wait until the dust has settled before taking another look at this division.

If you're interviewing for a position within the division, my advice would be to ask each rep you have opportunity to speak with about changes that have occurred during their tenure there (with both products and management) to gain a better insight. I'm confident if you ask around, you will see for yourself some red flags as well.
