Stevie boy screwed this company like he has done to all the ones he worked with in the past! No wonder he gets fired from each of them but the damage is done and he just goes to another company and ruins it sooner or later.

Meanwhile, he makes tons of money in the process. Is this a great country or what?
 




































How about a little more detail. Every manager is like this or one really bad one? I just interviewed and thought very highly of the person. I asked questions and directly discussed micromanaging in small markets like this and was pleasantly surprised with the responses.

There is only one manager who has any talent and she lives in Florida. HO and KH have plenty of pleasant responses, but that is where it ends. Their style is to make others look bad so they can look better, lie, back stab, threaten others with PIPs (ask the former NY rep), and they use their positions to trump qualified individuals from promotions so their unskilled- underachieving cronies can be promoted instead. New East DM is a perfect example, he would have impressed us had he made his numbers instead of pathetically kissing every corporate team members backside. LB is angry and unqualified to be a manager, the only reason she is a DM is because she drove everyone nuts in corporate nagging and tattling.
How is that for details future BMRN employee, cant wait to meet you at our next team meeting.

FL mananger got "A HEAD" not only by looks but HARD sales/mgnt approach with her MD's.

used to work PT at gentlemans clubs from what others said. Got to pay for that second home in LV I guess?

let me guess ....you were overlooked for a job because you were not qualified and MA was and got the job, so you feel the need to post verbal attacks. OR are you unattractive or just unpleasant in general and jealous of MA because she is smart and pretty.

Thanks JM. Sales reps are not making 60K in bonus. Some reps are making large payouts, but the territories are so uneven, that some reps are making nothing or close to it. Anyone joining now will be hired by the awful management that is currently in place and as long as you jump when they say jump, you will be eligible for future promotions and perks. As for the existing reps, those who actually have talent and refuse to kiss up to current management, we will continue to be overlooked by KH,HO, LB and the latest lady to join the group JM. If you are fortunate enough to be hired by MA, she is a good DM. There are a lot of good reps in this company clinging to the hope of being bought out soon.
