A whole lot of hubbub over a lawsuit that will result in pretty much nothing. Sure, there will be some lawyer speak going back/forth and there might even be a trial (rarely does that happen) but at the end of the day this is not going to end BTK nor Abbott. It will simply justify the fees that each pays their legal team and the reps will continue doing what they do.

I could not agree more. The only way this would affect the offending group and change behavior would be if they had to pay a share of fees/fines. That will never happen

Abbott sues and attacks reps who wound their fragile ego.

The public is finally realizing what a corrupt company they are. What’s next? Destroying Binax tests to deplete the inventory and justify the price?

And exactly what do yo think will come out of this? This is not new. It's not the first lawsuit of this nature and ya know what????? After some bickering between lawyers, a few strongly worded letters and maybe a fine to one company or the other NOTHING happens. Usually, there is an agreement put into place not to poach employees, etc. Outsdie of that NOTHING happens.

Do you work in the territory where the accused reps work? Are you looking for them to go away? You better be ready to roll your sleeves up and get to work because they are not going anywhere.

Abbott is living on the Biotronik cafepharma forum about a former manager they are suing while also trying to squash the Covid testing NY Times article (in same forum). Anyone else find this a weird use of resources?
