The guy's greatest achievement remains knocking on Kurt Hartman's door and welcoming him to the neighborhood. Anyone who knows that story will agree to the truth.

BP proudly told that story at a top 100 "leaders" meeting in Largo. Brought over either cookies or brownies. Kid you not. "I got this big job with a butt load of options and equity, etc. by bringing the boss pastries". Went over like a lead balloon from what I'm told.

Got to wonder what he put in those baked goods?

ConMed was a respectable company at one point, but now it's purgatory for almost everyone who's unlucky enough to still be here. Hartman put all of his faith in the RVP's he hired 3 yrs ago for the Ortho segment. How did this work out for you Curt? They're the rejects of the industry.

Can't wait to get the hell out of this bullshit company. This company is sucking the life out of me and everyone else I know. Been here a long time, but I'm going to leave because it's a floating ghost ship.

Sean Moore !! He deserves everything he gets . He is not a leader. He is being laughed at by everyone at Olympus. He has no substance , and has begun the 50% turnover rule. How does this guy look at himself in the mirror. He only projects insecurity and his lack of confidence. He is not they type of person who has had any original ideas, and has never hit his number . Sean it must be pathetic to always be the loser. You have risen well beyond your level of incompetence ! Leave the industry, go back to Canada and service because , you can't lead , nor could you sell !!!

Depends on perspective, of course.

99% who have and are dealing with him would say disaster, joke, etc.

1% which would include his Charlotte buddy and neighbor (CH) and of course the rest of leadership team at least publicly would say "he's doing great boss"

Let's face it, if we learned nothing else from the GSM it is that the Conmed marketing is a complete joke. BP is an easy target, but the whole lot of them are the C team. Thank God my livelihood isn't entirely dependent on that clown show releasing decent products, providing adequate support, knowing the market, and presenting a knowledgeable face to our customers. Other companies may have their issues, but the only thing we do right is shoot ourselves in the foot. Repeatedly.

How BP could still be here after 5 years is beyond me. He’s the biggest waste of hot air and the biggest ass kisser the medical field has ever seen. And if I had to guess I’d put his IQ at less than 90.
