Hundreds of us care about Ben and he is missed a lot. Corporate doesnt miss miss him because he called them outnon their ridiculous actions. He took a better job with better pay, better benefits, and better leaders. I heard the leaders at the company he went to actually have more than half a brain and they actually understand business and best practices. #Benacity

I barely knew Ben but I miss him because no one else here has the balls to tell leadership they have shit for brains...

You must be one of the "yes men" leadership hired on to tell them each day how wonderful they are. Call a spade a spade. This leadership team is horrible by any measurable standard you look at. Ben is anything but unemployed and lonely. He is a great leader and half the NBU would follow him in a second. I know I'd love to work for someone with that kind of passion and honesty. #belikeben #benacity

I have one more interview next week and if everything goes well I will #belikeben and be away from this once great company that these leaders ruined. Crossing my fingers I get the offer.

Then you need to up your networking game! Don't just look at postings. Talk to your friends, sign up for job searches by creating a profile and open up your LinkedIn profile to show you are open to contacts from recruiters. Spend time each day reaching out to old colleagues you haven't talked to in a while and let them know you're looking.

Good advice for many of us. I am finally motivated enough to start the process of looking for a new job next week. I was holding on at Shire but it's not going to get better
 






























I hope all of you who want a new job get it.

Tomorrow is Monday and if your stuck with your RD or ZD I wish you well and hope you have very little stress. If you're not with anyone i hope you don't work too hard for Shire and work hard for yourself finding a way out of this cesspit.
