Let’s be clear..

There’s plenty of unnecessary firing going on at Shire. But it didn’t happen to Ben.

Shire fires employees without any reason, logic, or merit. Long- performing sales reps are dropped at a whim by twit RDs thinking they can outsmart the sales force. But let’s all be clear about one thing. If you speak up, you’re targeted. And you’ll be fired.

Ben left before he was fired. This horrible company’s “culture” doesn’t allow you to speak up, They don’t care.

The best thing that could happen for all Shire reps is for Takeda (or anyone) to take over this garbage company.

Ben was in no danger of being fired. He had just won VP Club and his RD spoke very highly of him when I sat by him at lunch at NSM just 2 weeks before the famous email. Ben was loved by Shire because he was a top performer year in and year out. Ben didn't turn his back on Shire. Shire turned their back on Ben and all of us in the sales force. The only real calls I make before I find another job will be the ones during my field contacts.
 



Ben was a fuck up here. He was a typical Shire ass kisser and it backfired. Now you lazy fucks better produce
or you'll end up like Ben. You'll be eating shit off a dirty floor.

Wrong. Kevin, Mark, and Perry all reached out to Ben and offered him a lot of money to come back to Shire. Ben told them if they get grit and are nimble, look in the mirror more often, and fill up the empty glass they spilled he would consider it
