The other vaccines you reference also have nowhere near the global demand so high volume lower margin still yields an acceptable profit.

That's the while point behind it. Wearing masks and getting shots lessens the guilt they have from stuffing their faces, drinking excessively and gives them a way to virtue signal to everyone they are jealous of.
