Best of luck, old friends-

Tata Consulting employees make $30,000 - $35,000 per year. That's the goal. Get that wage down. This is the wage many college grads were getting a few year back. Your hard earned tax money goes for company bailouts to outsource American jobs to foreigners.

You want some truth, I'll give you some truth. Any person who believes what this idiot is spouting is clearly delusional. It's all about money, not a person's work. They want to pay people less to do your job. Price for a US worker, $30/hr, price for foreigner, $3/hr. Contractors = cheaper because no benefits. Simple math. Now go back to work as a corporate shill after I just owned you.

I hate to break this to you, but there are Millions of people pissed off in this country. You may not agree with us, but the greed and improper behavior by you and your management is going to come back on you. Karma is real and it is coming for you. Know this.

Do you know why people are pissed in this country? Because they want hand outs, just like the government gave the big banks. Look at the posts on this site--no one take responsibility for their results anymore. It's all about casting blame elsewhere and never actually looking at yourself and determining where you can get better. You reap what you sow. Good employees keep their jobs. Average/Below average employees don't. That's life. Get used to it. Quit waiting for someone to come hand you money for simply showing up.

If Karma is your argument, perhaps therein lies your problem. Rather than waiting for som mystical, universal force to come solve all of your problems for you, why not try doing something for yourself.

Okay, then by your reasoning, only exceptional employees remain. Why then is the company displaying such dismal performance? You have no one to blame, except yourself, and your misguided self-aggrandization. The fish rots from the head down. The camel's nose is under the tent.

Hell yeah to that!

Some employees who lose their jobs are in fact quite good, and the simple, unfortunate fact is that the drug industry is dying, due in no small part to the Washington jackboot on its neck. It doesn't help that the leadership acts like selling out to political thugs is the key to winning. JL must have felt like one hell of a political operator when Obama signed the Lilly-supported legislation that destroyed what used to be US patent law. Then, days later, when Obama came out in favor of 7 years of patent protection for biologics instead of the previously accepted 12 years, JL must have felt like one hell of a sucker - or at least he should have.

Sure, but remember to consider that it's the bipartisan Supercommitee that is proposing a few hundred billion in industry concessions. Good luck to all. The cakewalk is over.

But then, after all of that, JL goes to another fund-raiser for the president and lays a bunch of money for his re-election.

Is this a screwed up company, or what!

Why don't you throw a couple more meaningless phrases out there and see if that helps you come to grips with reality.

Allrighty then. Why don't you throw a couple more meaningless phrases out there and see if that helps you come to grips with reality. Ahhhhh, I feel better already. Sort of like the last time I came in my pants while on an elevator.

Some people have lost their jobs due to the "Washington jackboot on their neck.". Come on,stop blaming the government and start blaming the specific executives who get vastly overpaid for moving jobs overseas. In a ranking of countries and the amount of permits that it takes to do business, the US was ranked about 185th worst and China was nearly as bad at 181st. The reason jobs are going to China is not because of the "Washington jackboot" but rather the fact that executives like JL will be paid millions of dollars in bonuses. Of course this will stop one day since moving these jobs away from the US is killing the golden goose, the US market of affluent consumers.

So what happened... somebody try to pinch your nipples in a crowed elevator? Grow up. It's not personal, it's business. And your cryin and moanin just means that you got one-upped in the business world!

It wouldn't be personal either when your wife's manager says in a meeting where she is also pregnant about another pregnant woman, "Goddamn pregnant women!"

Go suck it, little boy. Rude is rude and so is disrespectful and he knows who he is, Greg Beeman does!!!!!
