I have heard that phase 1 will roll out tomorrow 03/24/14. I have also heard that there will be layoffs, maybe not in phase 1 but at some point.

This is all supposed to happen at Thousand Oaks at least. There has to be a reason that so many SLT have left within the last 3 months... Rats on a sinking ship kinda situation.

This company has become nothing more than people trying to have their names attached to anything that doesn't work. Thats why we constantly recycle crap like SPIN… its safe. Nobody in a position to do anything cares enough about the company to try and make positive changes. Everyone is just biding their time for 5-10 years trying to stay under the radar until retirement. Ludwig is clueless to the cluster that is going on.

Lots of old-timers (6-11 yr tenure) want to leave but don't want to lose their Baxter pension. I think that's a foolish reason to stay, you don't want to lose your pension so you stay with a shitty company and make terrible money.
