I believe there could already be a class action lawsuit for everyone that completed the interview process and not offered a position, because of all of the mostly ex-bausch people offered positions over the phone, without having to interview face to face. I believe that could be considered discrimination.
I know isn't that some shit! More than a good handful of people got hired without even being interviewed!?!? All they got is a phone interview and an offer, how is that legal?
