Base salaries

I believe there could already be a class action lawsuit for everyone that completed the interview process and not offered a position, because of all of the mostly ex-bausch people offered positions over the phone, without having to interview face to face. I believe that could be considered discrimination.


I know isn't that some shit! More than a good handful of people got hired without even being interviewed!?!? All they got is a phone interview and an offer, how is that legal?

actually, truth is-yes experience and success, mostly an enormous ability to kiss the asses of the most unethical, upper management team in pharmaceuticals.

I was told they just ran their usual recruiting firm show for everyone, and have been personally hand picking every single person for this team-eg. offers over phone without actual face to face interviews. people that didn't make it through, were not approved to go through.
 






I could not get the recruiter to even give a salary range. I am experienced with several launches and great numbers. At least give me a range, so I can consider the opportunity.
I don't think P1 is representing Shire very well in this process. They seem disorganized and often don't return calls or emails.

I am curious who told you your inside info. Trust HR tracks you down and fires you for posting false information on a public forum!

So true, it happened during the first BL hire event before besi was approved they hired all their Novartis friends. Happened at BL, now it's happening here.
