Base Pay and Target Bonus-Biohaven Rep

Started at 115 base
10k bonus target per quarter. They put good kickers second half of the year not guaranteed moving forward. If I hold for December should make around 70k in bonus this year. Get Volvos which are very nice.

As we know, only tools like yourself post what they make in bonus. You also are probably under 6ft tall.

Max base is 110,000. Targer bonus is 4,600 per qtr which nobody makes. Goals are too high!

When do you typically hear back after the last interview with DBM? Also, what’s the honest start of base and bonus structure? I haven’t heard that information yet. Also, any info on how ride alongs are, etc? Are they very metric based/numbers driven? Do they look at call activity? Thanks for all the info!

$95-$115; $40k incentive
Ride alongs are part of the job.
Sales driven…lofty goals, but most get hit them.
Yes, we’re they look at call attainment.
These are things that are part of the job anywhere you’re salaried. Bottom line is that’s a great company with a great product. Do your job and you’ll be fine.

Then I am sure they will adjust the $140,000 base person’s bonus accordingly. The salary/bonus budget must stay under funds and not over. Lol! What a joke “selling” is in Pharma.
