Sprout is on his way out! He can't hide behind his participation trophies any longer.
I WISH someone in leadership or the home office would take note of this. Very well written and absolutely spot on.This region has been on a rollercoaster ride, courtesy of what could be Johnson & Johnson's homage to the least effective management duo in its illustrious history. Under their reign, a consistent stream of whoopsies and inefficiencies has played out like a broken record, throwing both team morale and performance metrics off the charts—but not in the good way. These blunders haven't just tripped up the region's march toward its goals; they've practically thrown a pie in the face of its reputation, turning the task of rallying confidence among stakeholders and employees into something resembling a stand-up comedy act. Thanks to these managerial misadventures, we're now in the market for a strategic makeover to turn this ship around and sail back to the shores of growth and success.
