To the West Derm Region:

I was brought in to make this a top caliber region, and to get rid of the dead weight. If you are a low performing rep or manager, beware as the hatchet man is coming. I have the highest amount of success as an RBD, and the derm business is too important to backfill this job with a new person. We already made that mistake once when they hired R. Andrews a few years ago.

Managers will also have a new set of expectations since R. Andrews is a loser and was fired. The expectation will be for 2 managers to be replaced in 2023 due to their poor performance and terrible work ethic. The enforced field ride requirements will make some of you managers leave very fast since you have not been working much over the last year. Those days are over. Kiss your family life good bye as you are about to live on the road while I clean this region up.

Many years ago when we sold simponi sub-q, we had a small sales force dedicated to only sell this single product. Brussell Sprout Bob was the RBD, and since there was only One RBD for the entire country, he would win P-club every year by default. Even in Rheumatology with 3 RBDs, each RBD has a 1/3 chance of winning in any given year. For RBDs to win p-club, you only need to be in the top 1/3 to win this award.

Actually, I applied to be the Derm RBD once I realized how soon the Rheumatology sales force is going to be downsized. Now that Rheum is 100% with Tremfya, no pipeline, and super heavy on headcount I needed to move to Derm for longevity. Short lifespan in rheumatology. All the previous sub q drugs JnJ had us sell did not do well in rheum and they were not promoted very long. Tremfya is no different.

Simponi sub-q had 3 indications and only lasted a few years. Stelara had weight based dosing and only lasted a few years. Tremfya for PSA was a short term play until it GI can save it from extinction.

The pipeline is non-existent for rheum. The reduction is coming soon.

Phase 1 of downsizing - eliminate the contract reps and measure sales impact.

phase 2 - reduce JnJ head count as most of the calls entered are not real. I could easily manage 2 territories and still have some free time.
 








He is back at it. He driving all the DMs nuts and soon the reps. Reputation will never change get ready to do. a lot of busy work that will take one out of the field. Then when the numbers suck everyone will point the finger at the sales force. Thanks Bobby... why dont you just retire and chill leave everyone b

The guy was an absolute joke to the academic team. His nickname was "Cuck Russell" and it was given to him by some of the women on the team! This little weasel made his whole career sucking up to anyone who was up the chain from him. No backbone and a complete liar. Doesn't know the tiniest bit about the word honesty.

Wen he was the ONLY reginal director for the academic team, he was guaranteed a p-club win every year as he was one of one. He would constantly tell us p-club is for top performers, but he was getting a participation trophy every year when in this role.
