And you base this on what, an assumption? Do you know how many times people like you have predicted a lay-off, early retirement, severance packages. I don’t know what divisions you are talking about, but in oncology we will be expanding next year, we are filling open territories, promotions, and launches on a continuous bases. So who is going to sell and call on doctor’s when we expand our new indications, a commercial, social media, no my friend, the sales rep, especially in oncology when we have to meet these doctors, nurses, and staff face to face.

Always is a very very long time. I'm sure the buggy whip salesman said the same thing. Hopefully you are right for everyone's sake. For me I have a side gig that pays well if the shit hits the fan. If you are not preparing for a layoff you are making a mistake.
