I think it is Botkin, before she got married it was Amy Pitts and she is a very nice person. She is from Pfizer, great training, great leadership, great personality. She was, in my opinion, an effective leader for many reasons, genuine and real, respectful and caring and she listens, so on and so forth. Excellent individual!

Its no wonder I have these on MY list, if they were any good for potential then AZ would already have them covered. Others in my district are seeing the same thing.

I feel I was duped, when I got screened I was told I would have a call list of D6-D10 docs.
That tells me they would ALL be high potential.

I guess they can pay me to help clean up the database. Its going to be a long year.

I worked for her, way below, when we were at Pfizer... So, I got to see how well she lead and she did do a Great job. That is what I experienced, (my name is not Amy)... think what you want. My hunch says, she takes Ocean to places no other CSO has gone, she's that good!

Amy is the type of leader who will take this issue to AZ and get it resolved. OCEAN is a seasoned group of sales professionals who will do a great job with Crestor even when Lipitor is generic after Nov 30. She knows what she is doing.

It may be hard to imagine now, but I think it will last more than a year. Ultimately, it will probably depend though on whether AZ wants to keep all of their direct reps to sell Crestor, or phase some out and give more responsility to Publicis reps.

If we get more targets and better targets come January, that will be a good sign.
 






The first month was like a chicken with it's head cut-off. The list of doctors, a pile of garbage. It is what is, signing through the window - what? That's going to turn out well. Publicis needs to get us a decent list or don't expect too much folks.
 






























Why are all of you guys worried about our list of docs?? It doesn't really matter! Just fake about 1/3 of your calls like the rest of us, and let it go. Don't complain or make waves. Like one post on here said, all AZ cares about are metrics. So give them what they want!
