AZ Contract Questions

My experience also. The job is just dumping samples, no access to physicians (doors slammed), delivering pizza's, faking notes and lying, and getting abused by my manager. Big crock during the interview. I'm out.

Any old contract is rarely a message to sell on products, its keeping the ball rolling, period. Door slammed? Dont over call, spread wider. No professional skills and light on brain needs, just move around territory.

New products are where sales skills come in with deep product knowledge. This is a new products contract where pros are needed for knowing logistics, analysis and the science.

typical contract, but sad so many good people are stuck in these jobs

Why is it so sad they are stuck in these jobs dummy? Who is holding a gun to their head to stay here or in the industry? You have such an amazing sense of self entitlement that you don't know how truly sad and pathetic you sound loser. If you or any of these other whiny clowns on here had an ounce of courage you would do something else but you don't so you stay and cry and blame everyone and everything but yourself..

Get off yer high horse (or is it in your case, a donkey).
Da economy defines the industry...and it ain't good.

Let me define entitlement.....feeling you deserve something for doing nothing, having done nothing, being ill prepared and choosing to stay that way.

That is not the situation of many "stuck" here. Most have done work, prepared and produced...but da economy s*cks for pharma.

Yep, workers deserve a good job, good pay and a good future.
Will it, can it happen here?

Watch out the training was the worst. trainers not teaching then not wanting to pass the reps. we had no prep for the home test or practice final. Hardly anyone met what they wanted. I hear this is still the same.

Exactly, my experience also. The materials arrived late, the computers they send you are old and worn out. I had to use my own. The training is pathetic. They seemed not to care.
