This person is desperately covering up the medical fraud and professional harassment committed over the past years and months. Pathologists working at Genopitx should not be intimidated by the threat posed by this person. Collect the evidence of medical fraud and report to US government directly when time comes. Don't ever, ever, ever report to or discuss with HR, previous president, legal of Genoptix, as this person and reported medical fraud will soon be covered up, and you will soon be retaliated, framed, forced out. Numerous incidents and examples happened previously with hard solid evidence. HR has all these records but has been instructed to cover this person absolutely for Genoptix business interest. You are worth nothing for Genoptix business interest. Please understand when this person suddenly terminated the contract and forced all these pathologists to sign documents to conceal any evidence of medical fraud in the past months and years, the pathologists are also protected by initial employment contract of 60 days notice prior to termination. Don't wait until ax suddenly lays on you. Collect evidence of medical fraud! Justice will serve!

Medical fraud and professional retaliations happening in Cartesian group won't last very long. Patients have suffered from wrongful diagnosis, wrongful chemotherapy due to those wrongful diagnosis. Some crooks over-ordered numerous medically unnecessary tests for their own million dollars salary and bonuses. He/she thinks they can always lay ax on others. Wait to see if ax will fall on these crooks. Their fraudulent assets will be recovered by the People and the government. Time will come.

The biggest perpetrator in violation of Novartis/Genoptix code of conduct is also the interpreter and executor of the code of conduct. If violent harassment of working pathologists through intimidation, threatening, fabrications of facts of client dissatisfaction, and distortions of diagnostic standards established by WHO, solely for the purpose of covering up the medical fraud and framing honest pathologists, are not considered violation of code of conduct, then what is the Code of Conduct?
