What area is this happening in??
 
























Dr. Tom L was long gone back in 2013. Another Dr. Tom M was even further long gone back in 2009. People who spoke up medical group bullying, intimidation, harassment, medical fraud were all kicked out.
 






Both DR Tom's were let go immediately without any prior notice. They were both offered money to buy their silence, so that they won't file lawsuits against the company or raise complaints with government and regulations. This has happened to other DR's, too. Again, business and profit first.
 






Dr Tom L was fired not for what he knew, but what he did. This idea that there is a conspiracy going on here is just that, a conspiracy theory.

Novartis runs a tight ship. That's all. They always have. If you worked in their pharma division you feared Thanksgiving. That's when they did layoffs. With this company, they just let attrition run its course and then move people around to fill in the gaps.

Personally I prefer it this way.
