Yes but. What did they give you your options or grants at? If you are just starting and getting your initial roll out at zero at hire = worth the staying for roll out.
If you have been here awhile and living off grants at a set amount = if your time (in years ) is worth twenty a share you probably can't back a real sales job.
There are hotter products. Even room temp products.

I've heard the top ecu RAMs are making $75K per quarter now. Stock aside, making $160K base plus $300K in bonus doesn't sound too terrible...

I heard that was one rep, low hanging fruit post launch. Sounds like most reps are scrambling this quarter to find one patient. If not, zero dollars. And then, the hammering from management begins.....
 






When people say that they "heard" this or that, it just means that they don't really know and are just telling you what they want based on their own agenda. People at this company all make good money. They do, however work hard and there is pressure. If you don't mind the pressure and hours, it is a great paying job. If you want it more easy, go work someplace else for less money.

Look, I could care less. What "agenda?" I wish the Alexion reps all the best, and I'm sure it's a good company. Just thought I'd post what I heard anecdotedly, firsthand. You're trying to make it sound like all reps are making $400k plus, easy money. That's a lie, and for a candidate possibly looking to interview with Alexion you're passing on garbage info. Shame on you, but the truth This rep tells me is these patients are next to impossible to find, let alone get on drug. A rep interviewing for a job at Alexion comes to Cafepharma for truthful info to better prepare them to possibly make a big time decision and leave their current company. They need to know this information also, good or bad.

So I have no dog in this fight, and seems you're the one with some type of agenda.

I missed the part where ANYONE said reps make $400k. The only liar here is you. The only one with an agenda is you. My guess is you got canned and now you just troll the board.

Funny that the tool poster after you didn't understand your sarcasm. Someone is a really bad liar trying to pretend the turnover is 4%... or claim compensation is that high. This turnover % may be true on a monthly basis; it's more like half the HQ people turnover every year or two. And RAMs, not in a huge city, are getting relentless fire drills every week.

It is 4% for those that voluntarily quit. Then there is another 2 or 3% that get canned because they are low performers like you.
