Just started the interview process does anyone know base salary range, offering company car, other benefits? Was told not to ask these questions during first couple of rounds of the interview process. Professional reply’s only are much appreciated.

I call BS. Recruiter would address comp on phone screen if you really had one.

I agree the recruiting process has totally changed from years ago. Comp ranges are normally discussed right out of the gates to ensure nobody is wasting their time.

They gave a range 130-140k but nothing specific. No info on company car or if car allowance, 401k, stock options, anyone out there that has been hired or further in the interview process that knows any of this? If so please share . No negative trolls please.

Nope. Recruiter told me the exact same thing about not asking about comp during first interview.
