“Culture Crew” are totally incompetent. They keep running off great reps and telling everyone what the culture is. Someone should let SN know that her book is as unoriginal as its already copyrighted title. Good luck with that! CEO is a total joke! No one cares that you almost played football once. Easy to see why their stock price crashed. Upper management has failed along every step. They all have titles other than employees at Avadel. You are not motivational speakers!!!! You are failing at your day jobs. TM has never successfully lead anyone. You’re Job history is a road map to fail town. All the good employees went to reimbursement. Sadly, these jobs won’t last long given the “failure to launch”.

Yea.. TM has no clue what he is doing. He asks for feeback from TBMs and promises the world.. yet doesn't deliver because he doesn't care and never deliver feedback up the ladder.TM is telling everyone what they want to hear. Not working out for him given recent sales. TM and SN are way too close.. who knows whats happening there... Greg just hired the wrong people. It's a shame as this product had very high potential if put in the right hands.
 
























Moving successful reps to reimbursement was a mistake. Those relationships take time. Once they knew they had new jobs, they all stopped working. New manager’s are all washed. TM needs his yes men/womem/they/them’s. No actual leadership here. Can’t wait to bounce!

READ the room folks, RK was a casualty, and TM needs to be the next victim. Great job destroying the morale of an organization filled with tenured reps that can read between the lines of bullshit mass created by the woefully ingenuous and the barely capable. Maybe the CLT should go pack groceries and realize they’re even under qualified for that task. Congratulations on taking a great drug, experienced reps and making them loathe you.

Anyone interested in this should look at their Linkd in profiles. Reach out to their previous employers. The dates don’t match! These two sheisters lied their way in, are not capable of any decision making, nor have either of them ever lead anyone.

While there, look at the profiles for all the “managers” these two have hired. They prefer losers that are not intelligent enough to question anything. Most recently, I challenge you not to laugh when see “Elizabeth Holmes’” lincedin pic.
