What’s happening now? Are the territories going to be redrawn again? This is so confusing? They got rid of so many Lung MSLs and now want a new Lung team? This is madness!!!!

There are plenty of people who can speak to lung who weren’t heritage lung MSLs. Also they will be placing Mirati MSLs but only after all the onc MSLs are placed. Yes territories are being redrawn, perhaps this will turn out better this time?

Confirmed. ZS is doing the restructuring of territories. Like they didn’t mess it up the first time? Why are we doubling down with this company? Was it a buy one get one free situation?! Someone help this make sense. Basically… keep looking for jobs and don’t pass anything up that comes your way!

ZS owns this market, at least in pharma companies HQ'ed in NY-NJ-Southeast PA. It's a racket cuz every two to three years, they need to come back to "re-adjust" tactical plan. That's another $3 million per visit.

Metrics have gone up even more now. More MSLs are planning to leave.

Not just Onc MSLs. Many MSLs are either actively applying or working to update their CV as we speak. Still not sure if this is just horrible vision and management or an attempt to eliminate the MSL position entirely. And it's cheaper for people to leave on their own.

Just quiet quit for awhile and get that paycheck. Do the bare min. BMS will figure out that MSLs are needed are start treating them better. The MSLs who left after the 1st of the year got the same bonus as us. How messed up is that? They have done nothing to retain us. Anyone looking to come to BMS watch out this place is a mess
