ATTN: Oncology MSLs

This “pan” tumor MSL is complete BS. No more deep expertise. Useless model. The architect is gone but the s#%^ model still remains. And this NCCN hospital sleeve is a bunch of hogwash. Can we redo this before everyone leaves…. PLEASE.

They won't redo it anytime soon, the last time this happened it took a year for it to come back. If you are willing to wait around that long. Also based on how they mixed it up they want people to leave. People stay at companies for their manager- when you get reorged to a different manager, you lose everything. Also I'm shocked they are hiring externally for open positions. Those people will be let go once another cut comes next year. It makes no sense unless you are trying to get rid of all the heritage MSLs. Why are we trying to preserve headcount when we know the current model won't work?

You are not really pan-tumor. GI, GU is done. Prostate and HCC will never happen. You have lung and melanoma. You have 3 assets Nivo/Ipi, Rela/Nivo and Repo. If anything you have fewer tumors, trials, and drugs to know and worry about than MSLs in other companies .Mirati and ADC is up in the air. Why can’t you have expertise in melanoma and lung?

Scientific Engagement Partner. No need to use those high class MSL labels anymore. You'll have no problem getting all your meetings and metrics with this spiffy new title that nobody has ever heard of.

Oh we own you now you whiners. Obey us. Do our bidding. Bahahahaha

No. For those that remain, we will continue to educate physicians as we have always done. Hopefully, it will provide some level of unbiased influence to benefit the company. For those that will be leaving, things will be alright because we have the training, education and skills to set foot out the door and soar.

Yes. Worse than that this is a compliance nightmare waiting to happen. It won't be long before BMS is back under a CIA.

Just a matter of time. Amazing that a BMS executive was on the front cover of a magazine that had an article that speaks directly against what BMS is doing.

Some science based companies have seen their stock price rocket over the last 15 plus years. Dysfunctional BMS has not done anything and the moves being made seem to be knee jerk u turns in the wrong direction. Perhaps old guard should have included new leadership or should I say existing.

What's the article against what BMS is doing? In terms of acquisitions? Or reorganizations?

Oh shut up and bend over.

What’s happening now? Are the territories going to be redrawn again? This is so confusing? They got rid of so many Lung MSLs and now want a new Lung team? This is madness!!!!
