I am trying to stay focused. I am trying to be positive. I am getting frustrated and feel my attitude is getting bad. Morale is going down even further. They sold us a great story about Valeant but I am very nervous. No samples, no budgets, and no communication.

They were coming the week of Jun 16. Got an order notice. No samples. They are supposed to be here by Thursday, meaning they will have to 2-day or overnight to get them here. Big expense to do this. I will not believe it until they are in my warehouse.
 






I must say my attitude was much better before valeant. We had communication, we actually made money, I remember 10, 13k bonuses a quarter. Goals were realistic, I miss all that.

Exactly right! Since Valeant has bought us we have had so much ridiculous time in having NO samples or support from managed care AT ALL. All our business is going to Alcon and generics now. WAKE UP Valeant and get your head out of Allergans ass! B&L here, remember you did buy us last year..... SUPPORT PLEASE on a job we are trying to do!

I've lost 4, 4! Major local mc plans in the last 6 months. Ore products have gone from covered to not or requiring a step edit.
 


















No managed care communication let alone improvement in coverage, I don't even have a clue who our MC people are....and it's Wednesday still no email and no samples. Will I get IC credit for scripts lost? NOT

No email about shipping of my samples either. I could deal with the lack if they would communicate ahead of time what the situation will be. I would not have used my samples to try to grow my business. I would have held onto them for the writers only so I might hold on to the business I had. Top writers are threatening to go to alcon because I am not giving them to sample support they need. They don't even need much, just something. When was the last time we saw besi samples? Maybe they will deposit some heavy duty inconvenience points into our accounts as a consolation prize for lost business and lost opportunity which will affect us going forward. I heard crap about them not paying bonuses. That isn't true, but if we don't get sample support, there won't be bonuses to pay.

Don't hold your breath about the points. Not gonna happen, so flippin stingy with the points. I'd love to treat valeant a new one on that survey we are supposed to take, but God knows it's not anonymous.
