LMAO. This douce has nothing better to do than post numbers. I guarantee it is either Randy or Scott. I guarantee it. Id like to Chime in as well with the Ludicrous rank reports. Is anyone going to fix it? It all wrong dude and half of the top 30 shouldn't even be in there. Dear Human Resources, did you get that? What is fake about it? Do not look at the weekly numbers. Too much movement. Instead look at the IC rankings on InCadence. Look ok to me. I am in the 30's and seem fair.

But we are not talking about that aspect of the ranking report. We are talking about representatives that have swallowed up whole second territories and other reps that were gifted extra hospitals as well. This is all swept under the rug and that have an extreme unfair advantage.

Ok. Understand. What do you think the company should do with those accounts? Leave them uncovered? Each one of those according to my manager comes with history and it is not usually good history. So, it is not a gift unless you consider 70 cents on a vial for a low base a gift. I can't imagine a scenario where it is over a few hundred dollars. I still don't get it.

Your manager is lying by omission. Many reps have benefited greatly from being given another territory to work. Look at the rankings report. You don't have reps going from the bottom to the top third in one quarter for no reason.

Of course you agree with it since you wrote the original post. I think it is time for a realignment of all the territories because so many are not equal. Your going to tell me tharpt some that started with 10 hospitals and now has five more, doesn't have an unfair advantage? Bulls@it.

Well if you truly understood, you wouldnt be making these ridiculous Statements. It is the potential. If I had 5 more hospitals to work, im sure i could increase my business by at least 35%. It is appauling that people have been given extra accounts and are held to the same comparison to eveeyone else. The rank report is a big lie. I cant understand why people dont get this. I have never worked at a company that was so blatently unfair.

I know all the company cares about is growth vials. However, base vials are NOT compensated fairly. You are going to lose some good reps.
