I reached out to the HR contact listed in my background consent email. She said news should be available shortly.

Has anyone that received consumer release form heard you will go on an additional interview? Or received an offer yet?

I contacted the company that does the background checks for a copy, and found out that the request has yet to be put in from lilly. So I guess the delay here is from lilly and not the people running the checks at this point.

That is not true in all cases. My background check is nearly complete, but I interviewed on 2/10.

I spoke to the background check company and mine is complete. i just got off the phone with Lilly HR. I was told that the hiring managers in Atlanta are the final decision makers. Also a "detailed offer email" will be sent by either the end of this week or early next week to those selected....

I interviewed on the 17th thats probably why my background check was not completed then, but I called this morning and it is finished as of now and I ordered a copy. So hopefully I will hear something soon.
