Billion dollar drug while competing against a therapy that's been gold standard for decades that all residents and fellows are trained how to use?! Against an dual-acting Bayer product that's going to show better efficacy than us in every primary and secondary endpoint and can actually make the significant reduction in sleep disturbance and improvement in quality of life claims that we can't?! To put it plainly, I don't think we stand a snowball's chance in hell!
