Lets tweek this a little not only are managers at fault. I know and found out the hard way. My employment was terminated later finding out that my co workers and so called friends were just as vicious as management. Trust no one at ARI values and morals mean nothing if you have either you will suffer the same fate i did. That place is a breeding ground for backstabbers.

It's too bad that upper management does not take a more personal interest in the company. For now, they are too busy counting their perks and dependable, yet unwarranted raises.

this is sad, it is true unless you "follow" the bullcrap and do what you know is wrong, then you will be singled out, it is all about the manipulation, lies, and I think the place is like this because people need their jobs and they are in survival mode.

Sounds like time to leave. I worked at ARI for six years never in my working expierence have i been involved with so many self center backstabbing co workers in my life. Management on down make it the cesspool it is. There is a better life after ARI.

No I think you should stay right where you are we don’t want any blood sucking back stabbing maggots from that site going into the work force or coming north you can all stay right there and swim in your little cesspool.

I saw on channel 10 news tonight ARI/AMGEN trying to stay in the spotlight helping build a local playground. Any other company this would be a great thing. ARI wants to keep hiding how ruthless of a company they really are. What really needs to be on the news is the unjustified firings and terminations of good people. But we will keep the real side of Amgen from the public eye. ARI /AMGEN you are a disgrace of a company. The word CESSPOOL describes you well.

Take a look at all the ARI threads six in a row of nothing but negative energy. With so many postings about this site what is the future there? It sounds like a place to run from. I have seen first hand the terminations backstabbing and the worse working enviorment ever. So when will ATO step up and take notice of a site with all these issues and nothing to offer the company? I know there is a push now by a few X employees to have ARI noticed by the RI dept of labor i hope we can come togeather and stop all the devious and unjust terminations. If you need to reduce staff step up and do it like a class company instead of the behind closed door lies.

Sounds like your one of the 30 or so people I know that thought the grass was greener on the otherside (Lonza, Genzyme, Shire and the list goes on) only to realize they made a mistake leaving the "cesspool". Thanks for leaving sucker and don't come back.

After looking for work in RI i find that amgen in ri has a nasty reputation of firings and many imoral issues concerning employment there. What happened to this company? and why would they want this out to the public like it is? Can anyone tell me different.
 






If you work at ARI and are not happy (appears none are), then LEAVE. Bitching and griping does nothing to change the problem. If you are continually in a high state of stress, maybe a heart attack will help you out of there. Otherwise, keep quiet and chill out. At least you are getting a regular check, not holding a tin cup on the street corner.
 












The people there are by far the worse i have ever had to work with.

I hope you get justice and I hope the people who died as a result of their aggressive marketing tactics and off-label promotion get justice. It's a shame because this use to be a great company that went to shit because of greed and arrogance.

Is there any information out there to be named in a civil suit against ARI? There are many untold stories of wrongful termination. Many people need be informed about any class action against the company and managers. You would be amazed at what may come out. I for one would love to tell my story about ARI HR and managers. I hope ARI gets it stuck up their ass.
