ARI Firings

I guess there were more firings related to LOTOs. Anyone know the details??? It looks like 1 strike your out now...

why, you worried you not doin' yo job? keep looking over your shoulder... And remember, just because you may be paranoid doesn't mean they are not out to get you........tick, tick, tick

DD and DA have got to go. They are turning MFS into a joke. The workers walk around hand cuffed afraid to do anything because any little mistake may be their last. DA is so stupid the only reason he is still around is because DD likes how his beard tickles her balls

They started going through everyones profile today looking for any gaming, gambling or online card playing activity. Over 5 people from ARI IT and 4 from ATO have started this grim task. I am not sure if others will be fired?

Do you work for IT?

If they are looking for excuses to fire everyone, then why don't they just RIF
150-200 more?

I really think they do not want to go through another RIF. I have to wonder with the recent firings though if they just want to reduce the head count? Let's face it after the RIF how many left from Facilities???

Makes alot of people uncomfortable on a daily basis not knowing if they make a mistake they will be fired.

Our new motto:

"The best way to not get fired and protect you job is to not do any work"

Sad but true. Have fun delaying PMs because maintenance techs are scared of violating some obscure, ridiculous safety rule if they leave their desk.

You hit the nail on the head. Outsourcing facilities is a consideration for reducing expenses. A lot of the pharma companies are looking to reduce operating costs to bring up the bottom line to offset reduced revenues at the expense of long time employees. Too bad they do not consider reducing top executive pay to a resonable level based on company revenue (or lack of it).

Outsourcing facilities would be a quick one time gain for the bean counters to pat themselves on the back for. After that, IMO- the operating costs will double.
