Cashing out at 14$ made Fred some money to buy the fountain of youth!
Please don't forget the woman who thought she could run QA and QC all by herself. This tyrant got rid anyone wiho questioned her authority. She protected the incompetence of so called company experts while terrorizing anyone with a different opinion.how about pontificating about blood, sweat and tears elsewhere? Everyone who knows anything about this company knows that a few bad apples destroyed any real shot at success. from what insiders share - chuck was simply too slick for anyone to trust and the person running Mfg - well she suffered from lack of experience and an inability to hire the experienced hands required to deliver. This epic failure truly boils down to those 2 folks ... it is too bad for patients and the good apples. As for the bad apples and investors ... who cares.
Ummmm .... yeah ....ok JeffyI personally still believe in the technology and find it quite sad heartless bastards are not concerned with everyone this sad news affects..just their investment of money. How about showing some respect for all the blood, sweat and tears the folks at Argos Therapeutics and patients and their families have gone through over the years to bring help and hope to folks who desperately need it?
Validation sleeping with QA - conflict of interest- or just pity?the individual who runs QA at your company is top notch and not a tyrant. You must be referring to the ex Dendreon person who was definitely incompetent and not a leader!
From a leadership perspective - they have to fire the head of science, long term head of Mfg, then get rid of any commmercial leadership and skinny down to keep the essential staff to interrogate the data and determine if there is any future whatsoever.
Many get burned in biotech / drug development when they rely upon inexperience to guide the process and try to shortcut every essential step of development that is critical for long term success. Argos is a classic example of no experience and shortcuts. Still trying to figure out how they went from small phase 2 experience (no phase 1) to a pivotal randomized phase 3 study. Hope they didn't rely upon their egocentric full of himself CSO to predict success!!!
