if PF would get his managers to manage then maybe his people would start selling again but most are worried about their high commission side lines they carry. No enforcement at all! Companies go through hard times all the time, it’s how you react to it, but allowing W2 reps to carry other lines and turn a blind eye says so much about the leadership or complete lack of leadership!
 
The last post is sad, but true. There is a distributor in central PA whom carries not only Spine lines on top of Wright Medical products, but also Orthofix and Cartiva, which are direct conflicts of interest with Wright Medical’s products. Instead of promoting Wright Medical’s ankle nail, they will push orthofix’s. Where a 1st MPJ Fusion with Wright’s plates and screws would or may be ideal, they push Cartiva.
 
I’m not happy at all anymore, the production manager Scott is a complete douchebag and stupid, he has no clue how to do anything but delegate to the supervisors, he is the best at BS

Dumpster Fire

I heard a handful of RM’s were recently let go and reps are quitting Wright as fast as they can, especially in the Foot division . The shoulder stuff is Wright’s only saving grace at this point.
