Hospitals in TX have already mandated vaccine to enter several health networks. You will soon have to provide documentation to be able to enter offices. BP reps got word last week that unvaccinated reps can be let go if you cannot perform job duties, or better known as job abandonment. Pharma will have to comply and communication is coming shortly from managers.

Again...this "requirement" is a massive HR violation. The company and its management, home office or field based, can't dictate that you take a vaccine that isn't required. It's by personal choice. Forget about the logic of whether not to take it for your health. That's not a part of this conversation. They can't do it, require it or ask your status as part some sort of field based mandate.

Do you realize Vascepa has been approved by the FDA but the “vaccines” are for Emergency use and haven’t gone through the rigorous approval FDA approval process? I personally know people that have have died after the second injection.

This afternoon our Mgr called us and ask if we have been vaccinated. I was so taken back by the invasion of privacy and personal health decisions so I told him that I refuse to answer, as it is not their business if I have been vaccinated or not.
I felt like they were asking if I was pregnant or not. A total disregard to personal privacy laws and rights. Depending on how they use this information, very likely future jobs decisions will be discriminating base on health.

I will be consulting a top DC attorney tomorrow to get my employee rights.
