There was at least one region that was expected to submit trackers (that's right dumbass, document the whole sordid affair) on a weekly basis.
Trackers on complete FTO forms, not new-starts.
And every ABL went along with it.
It was remarkably, obscenely gross, but the ABL's sure seemed to be ok with it.
I'm sure the ones who weren't fired would lie and say they knew better, but any rep who is still around knows better.
I guess it was worth it to stay on Duane's good side.

Because the reps knew it was shitty, insane and disgusting & wanted no part of it.
You know who didn't think it was gross?
The RBL's and the ABL's who made you fill out spreadsheets (brilliant move!) and rode your ass if a FTO wasn't filled out correctly by the office.
You and your buddies were every bit as complicit as that wretched fuckhead Duane, you're just lucky that H.R. will always scapegoat the reps.
If you had any talent at all, which you obviously don't, you would teach your reps to sell instead of screaming at them when they refused to give the product away.
