Are Novartis leaders really this bad?

My loser manager thinks they are really coaching us. They come out to check a box and write up a BS field contact report. So their manager thinks they are working. The ABL role is such a scam job.

Let me jump in here. Pharma in general is a total scam job across the board whatever your role. However, if we’re strictly talking rep vs mid level field mgmt, no comparison the DM/RM job is the most useless pharma job of any. They serve as senior mgmt lil bitches. All the demeaning and mindless box checking assignments that quite frankly a GED high school drop out do for 30k a year. Now let’s take a look at the customer. Customers disrespect DM//RM more so than the reps and senior mgmt. You see where this is going. Key take away is DM/RM role are all disrespected lil bitches from all parties that they interface with on the job. Senior mgmt, customers and reps ALL recognize that they are annoying useless little drones who don’t bring any value to anyone.
ABLs are glorified gophers. Lil bitches as you put it also fits. Nobody respects them and they are delusional. All they do is run around desperately trying to kiss ass while trying to get people to respect them which nobody does. Senior mgmt, reps and customers all laugh at ABLs. What a bunch of useless clowns.

ABLs are like having an acne problem. Acne s annoying and serves no purpose whatsoever.

You haven’t given a legitimate reason why they are frauds. Just another idiot rep whining.
Here's one.

Its not an ABL, it was a director.
Novartis spent $9.5B on a noble-prize winning technology, and handed it off to a team of dunderheaded fuckups who:

-are 60% behind forecast after 3+ years
-still can't track the syringes or pay the reps fairly
-tried to launch it to systems instead of the nation (yet another Novartis fuckup, production delays, saved them on this one)
-didn't have an accurate locator the first year
-brought on a systems of care team that they fired after 18 months
-gave away millions of dollars in free product
-paid the reps to give it away
-quietly moved the king of the fuckups to the renal division instead of making an example of him
-will have to sack between 25-50% of the cardio team because senior management wet their pants in such a spectacular fashion.

There's more. Just let us know if you need to hear it.

$9.5B dollars.

Wood have been different if they had quietly moved the reps who followed his orders to Renal and paid us the double they promised, but instead they trusted us to forget that promise and threw those reps out the door.
