Aquisition?

You are delusional or you were told to write that as part of your job at TEI. He is not dumb but is by no means brilliant. He rambles to hear himself talk and has no emotional control. A paranoid micromanager is more like it.

So you are saying that there are absolutely no successful reps at TEI that are happy at their job. You must be a manager to interact with him so much that you say he rambles and has no emotional control. Sorry you are so unhappy and bitter. It is much better when you enjoy what you do...you should try it some time.

And clearly you have not interacted with him or maybe you are being paid to write your self-righteous, misguided and pointless comments. Yawn.

It's interesting that you say "every rep" at TEI would want what you say, that is completely false and ridiculous. You must have been fired or are failing at TEI. Many of us are very successful with TEI and have a great relationship with the CEO, as well as the HR Director. I am able to run my territory without micro management and have been extremely happy with my career. So don't say every rep, you speak for no one, but yourself. No company is perfect by any means...

Ditto!
TEI has been a great company for me. I have a great manager that lets me do my job and stays out of the way. I've been sccussseful and have enjoyed this position greatly. I'm not feeling so well about the uncertainty of our current situation. Are they going to keep us?

Personally, I love working for TEI Bio and my manager is great. Sure some things could be better, but there isn't a company out there that doesn't have room for improvement. If/when this acquisition goes through, it could end up being a great thing for everybody.

My only regret is giving into the temptation to look at this thread. Especially the comments that are based purely on speculation and with only one goal in mind: to be a pessimistic a-hole and to make people fearful. That's all- Carry on.

Has anyone looked at TT LinkedIn page, that will give you a good idea of how childish he probably is, looks like a child. From what I here, he says "I like it" over and over again to the point that its annoying.

Would the losers who were let go from TEI and now exist at a another company that has more layoffs than sales reps, please keep off this board. Obviously, you are doing what you do best, not working and running your mouth, which is what got you into trouble at TEI. These posters if you do work at TEI should be ashamed of yourself...embarrassing to say the least.

There are many very successful reps at TEI who came from successful medical device jobs prior to TEI. There are many happy people...truly there aren't a ton of people that have left on their own accord.

And for the posters who are reading this ridiculousness, the CEO won the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year in 2011 New England Award, so I guess he isn't very smart or ambitious..hmmm.

I cannot believe I even wasted a few minutes of my time to read these ridiculous posts. Some of us reps do not have time to post on Cafepharma all day.

Remember that karma is a b^&**tcch and misery loves company, so I guess those who spew this ugliness will remain forever swimming in their pot of Negative Stew.

Keep it Classy.

Well said!!! If you are truly with TEI and are so negative then leave. No one is stopping you. I won't. If you are posting such negative things then there is no way you are with TEI.
