Anyone on a PIP for poor Entresto sales?

Does anyone know if any ABLs were placed on improvement plans? I have a suspicion about mine, but pure conjecture based on the district ranking and what i know about the PIP criteria. Just makes sense. This, coupled with the fact that during a field ride yesterday, my ABL mentioned that we only have 90 days to turn things around, or he doesn't see this happening (Entresto sales). Rather an arbitrary number, wouldn't you say?

How can they PIP you on projected rankings? That is crazy, maybe based on Mid-Year rankings but I didn't think a true YTD rank report has come out, correct?

Agree and they won't be accurate . My goal for june changed from what it was originally and I found out yesterday ? June is over ! Not that it would have made much difference !

Better check that PIP extra carefully because Novartis is known for putting inaccurate statements and data in your PIP. One you start finding inaccuracies the PIP becomes void and they will have to do another one.

wake up people and leadership team. Which areas are doing decent? Urban, with higher educated, higher income, and more compliant patients! Poorer Rural areas are automatically at a disadvantage due to poor patient compliance, non reporting pharmacies, provider indifference toward the patient, and the patient not being able to afford a branded co-pay. These patients require even more additional paperwork and some are just not willing to go the extra mile! No matter how good the drug is! And not to mention Novartis does not target these areas for additional resources such as a RAM, RSD.

So true! Happening to me right now… they count patient lives and do not account for the financial demographic of an area! I have a huge goal and poor patients…

I can't imagine a mature adult whining and crying over not winning a contest. So much so that they would call a winning representative stupid. Lisa B has a proven sales record with multiple wins across various disease states. You really want to sit on a beach with the current leadership team any way? RRR? NNTT? get a hold of yourself! We are sales people. It takes a whole lot more than that to get a doc writing Entresto. Channel your anger towards your own failures and figure your geography out. Leverage your clinical knowledge, relationships and sales ability. Quit whining about other geographies success and make your own. Groom a speaker. Peer to peer sell. No one said it was going to be easy. Quit making excuses for your own shortcomings. Truth is once you get a doc writing, that's when the real work begins. Maybe if that ever happens in your geography you can take some tips from her on how to handle all of the prior authorization and pharmacy issues you'll have to take care of to make sure all of the prescriptions get filled! Good luck!

There should t be any goals for Untrusto. They should be thankful we sell any of this crap.
Tomorrow, tomorrow......thats what I tell my mgr when he asks about sales.
Hopefully, tomorrow Ill be leaving this shit show.
