Anyone else feel like they are Footprint planning themselves out of a job?









I feel like once I give all the info on how many of my offices are not seeing reps and don’t do virtual lunch, they might figure out they don’t need me. I sense layoffs coming in the next few months.

This is true. Takeda is setting up the map to make decisions of layoffs. They use the reps to supply the information to make the decisions. This happened twice when I was employed with Takeda.
 




Takeda leads the industry in reach and frequency when it comes to layoffs. We layoff every 2 years and have the most layoffs in the last 10 years. At Takeda, we can definitely say we are an industry leader.

Did anyone else have receive their survey about how many Cresset’s they won? Has your manager not asked you how you finished in the last 2 years? They are 100% having layoffs if there is a 2nd shutdown. 100%
 




There is a reason our DBM’s asked us our cresset rankings and had a survey about cresset wins. There is a lay-off coming. 100%. I never had interest in leaving Takeda, but you need to be prepared.

IF we have a lay-off, it will be small, and that’s a BIG IF. Personally, I plan on enjoying this as long as possible! In fact, I will let them know I don’t feel safe going into offices, so I intend to “work” from home. What a huge joke!
