Still not hearing anything from Florida or Georgia in terms of phone screens or F2F with hiring managers. It's been VERY quiet. I'm not with Sunovion nor have I ever worked for them and from what I'm reading that is all they are hiring or even looking at.

Wish I would hear SOMETHING. Had the phone screen already back in January but nothing else since. Weird. Love to find out if they already hired somebody or have somebody in mind. The waiting is killing me.

But yes, I think ANY company that's loaded up with ONLY one-type of rep is stupid and clique-ish. Anybody would agree a nice mix of "types of reps" would be good for any organization. Maybe a rep that is great with the clinical, high-science stuff, maybe one that's more of a relationship-type seller, maybe a rep that understands the payor markets perhaps, One that has excellent business acclimate and understands complicated customer markets and being able to "connect the dots" when it comes to heathcare systems. Being a rep nowadays requires so much more nowadays than just product knowledge. To me, if I was a hiring manager, I would form a team that's well rounded not just a bunch of disgruntled Sunovion reps looking for a quick payout. That seems to be a waste to me.

I live in the Southeast already had phone interview with hiring manager and have face to face scheduled.
 












I have face to face Iview next week... I'm very interested in this opportunity, but nervous about
the new drug approval in August. Is everyone pretty confident that lauroxil will be approved? Should I take the chance of leaving my current position for this?

so your either a jack ass that takes career advice from complete strangers on CP, or your one of the many trolls for hire that has a schizophrenia CI market monitoring report and you are in desperate need of some feedback from sales about lauroxils approval and launch timeline... cheapos have a deliverable due and need more BS to fill in the gaps
