May I ask why reps don’t have laptops here?
nor company cars ?

We run lean and mean. If you want all the comfy things, go to big pharma!
can we at least have a BP sales aid
Did everyone get their hotel & flights for the national meeting yet ?
The company may not exist by then.
Arn’t they going thru an expansion currently ?
And the meeting is in two weeks
Everything has been canceled, including hiring. This hostile takeover has clouded the future of Vanda.
Can anyone share their thoughts on the bipolar 1 indication with Fanapt? They’re hiring all over the place and I received an offer but not sure it’s a good move. The car allowance is never ideal and agree with other posters who said it’s not even close to being enough to cover maintenance, gas, insurance, and a 9% interest rate car payment. I have reached out to quite a few folks in the psych space that haven’t had a ton good to say, including reps leaving in droves. Strange interview process too.
For psch I think the sales force now has about 125 reps maybe 12 DMsHow many territory managers and DMs was Vanda looking to hire before the hostile takeover? I see 36 rep and 19 DM positions posted. The 19 DM position suggests about 190 reps.
$130k. I declined and it sounds like it was a great decision to dodge a falling knife.what was your base pay offer ?
It’s a tough sell, market so competitive,
If you can just get a few new docs to start writing Fanapt for bipolar your golden,
Benefits are good, but the car allowance/milage reimbursement is trash
Thats garbage pay for anyone currently in CNS. maybe nice promotion for someone in primary care.$130k. I declined and it sounds like it was a great decision to dodge a falling knife.
