Most of you same people would find something different to complain about over there. Maybe you were one of the people that liked reading a script, no thanks here... I like to sell and think, not be a robot. Who was it that told us that the retention bonus would roll over into the new comp plan? I dont think that was this crew. My point is almost all senior management has disconnects with the salesforce. Its nothing new here either, and will be the same over there.

Perhaps the rationale has nothing to do with that at all. It takes a lot to untrain, and retrain.

Just another example of the new shire pushing out the old. The three trainers were probably on their way to becoming scs reps. Isn't that what they do with all the old school managers and corporate hacks?
I wouldn't be surprised if the trainers were pushed out to be replaced with people from delta point.
