finally, someone gets it! Exactly why this company is so great. We have REAL PEOPLE at the top who are just like us, not stuffed shirts spouting silly LinkedIn learning catch phrases that don’t mean anything. I’ll gladly take a leader who is going to roll up their sleeves and join me at the bar to do shot and laugh as we declare it’s on the company dime. THAT’S the management that I want to work for. They recognize that we work very hard and deserve an opportunity to party hard and blow off steam. That being in touch with the field motivates me to work hard for them. It’s sad some puritans just don’t get it.
