Keep hearing about possible layoffs in January again, can anyone confirm this as a timeline?

Nobody making the actual decision is going to post a confirmation on cafepharma, but based on the recent trends of reorgs/layoffs and lack of profit, it stands to reason more layoffs will be coming. If you aren't looking for a new job, you are behind the curve
Things are grim. My manager is holding sessions for updating our resumes and help with interviewing skills.
So this piecemeal approach to downsizing occurs when the company can’t afford to pay consultants for guidance. Now that market leaders are sorted out, AMs and SSSs seem to be next in line. Imagine the morale at this place after this next round.
Keep hearing about possible layoffs…that’s been the case since last January. No real time frames, and like someone said above…no one who knows would be posting here. I’m sure there’ll be more, but there’s been 3 others rumors on here about layoffs between now and Christmas. So January is just another random rumor. No one really knows
Please spend more time on your TCLs rather than gossiping here on CP
Appreciate the response , I know no C-suite people would post but someone knows somebody that has info. I know many managers and colleagues that had info way before it happened before in other jobs, so just asking. January seems too soon after all they have done recently but you never know…
Why else do people come to CP if not to gossip? What possible purpose does your post serve? Are you the CP police?

They would have to be employees to be spending time on that. Right now all the noise is coming from those on the outside.

This is making total sense when you consider halting clinical trials on future products.
First quarter 2023. They will still continue to operate under bankruptcy protection so some will continue in their jobs.
I have so much access to information and friends in very high places and I am told these things by them to tell to you!
I am unemployed because I know to much, I know so much I even knew I was going to be unemployed.
Then why spend a ridiculous amount of money sending an the entire company wide sales force to Vegas in Feb? Everyone is booking flights as we speak. Layoffs in Jan just don’t make sense
