Another Lawsuit vs. Eisai

The posting sounds like from an incompetent Eisai manager.

As a matter of fact, Mike did win something. I read the Complaint, it is not an EEOC lawsuit, rather it is a retailation after blowing the off-label issue.

Eisai not only lost something, it also looks stupid. The lawsuit was filed in May 2010 and only took six months to settle. Not a bad one for Mike. On the other hand, Eisai spent a $250,000 in legal fees in addtion to the amount it agreed to pay Mike. Eisai should have settled the case when Mike's lawyer contacted Eisai year ago. The in house counsel should be fired.

Agreed. A win is a win!

Just found out another OT lawsuit filed in CA federal court.

Ochoa v. Eisai (4:11-cv-01349-PJH).

The lawsuit is a class action for CA class only.

It is time to file OT suit in other states if you choose a different class.

A rep and Eisai were sued for motor vehicle accident in Dec. 2010.

this time, auto insurance company will cover the settlement or judgment. Hooray for Eisai, finally, some other company is picking up the bill.

Lawsuits will be won if the right people are contacted. All of the ones mentioned here had merit. The allegations against Eisai are true. There is proof out there.

SO True! OB alone has much to answer for - let's see Award winner- appointed by himself vs. performance, made up PIPs or letter of warnings, etc to eliminate people from what they have earned, manipulation and bullying, which is his true modus operandi.

Internal investigations say he is not culpable, being more interesting to see the OIG come in and do an investigation on OB- what a waste of oxygen that pathetic POS is!
