Anne Sigouin (GM ArjoHuntleigh) willingness to hurt the business

she will turn on you in a heartbeat. doesn’t have the strength to stand up to Malmo or for what is right. Weak

She won’t stand up for what’s right for sure. I witnessed a situation myself. A rep took his Sunday morning to deliver a surface thus improving a patient life. In any other companies such behaviours are recognized ( doing the extra steps = leadership). Sigouin got him reprimanded as procedure were not followed (the unit should have been logged ,impossible as service center was close). This situation affected one of her KPI. Too bad for patient customer and rep motivation. Shame on you Sigouin.

'The Emperor's New Clothes' is a tale written by Hans Christian Andersen ... The moral of this story is that we can't let pride keep us from speaking up when we know the truth. Anne will fire you if you say she wears nothing.

In order to get approval by Nasdaq Stockholm AB to stand up a new entity, the principals at Arjo had to meet certain requirements... one of them being diversity in the executive leadership ranks. They picked Anne because it checked the diversity box. Lindoff knew (and still knows) she's a weak leader, so he recruited a group of people from his Getinge US business to de facto run the company. I spent 2017, 2018 and most of 2019 in Malmo and they speak about this openly in the main office.

Lindoff is an empty suit. His sales performance in Getinge allowed him to coast for the last decade, but the flat performance of the company is starting to chip away at his reputation. Don't let the webinars and business reviews fool you - Arjo as a stand alone is barely treading water. Revenue is flat. Layoffs are a regular occurence. While the rest of the players in long term care are posting 10% - 15% YOY growth, Arjo has to redefine creative accounting just to fake 4%.

COVID is a blessing for this leadership team - it gives them 12 - 18 months of ready made excuses for poor performance. I am actively interviewing elswhere because it looks like nothing will change soon. I encourage all of you to do the same.
I heard similar comments related to Sigouin. She survives by doing exactly was told even if makes no sense.

Just found out this blog by searching Anne Sigouin on Google. I’m not surprised at all about above comments. She had a terrible reputation at J& J. The only reason she got promoted was because of Ian Larson. She destroyed motivations of most reps and was known as as weak leader who doesn’t trust her staff. I am surprised she end up being a GM. Obviously upper management has not idea who she really is. Arjo must have lost a lot of good people since she came in. She’s so toxic.

She’ll do ANYTHING to get promoted.

Sigouin keep saying that competition increased drastically since she joined Arjo. She uses that to explain market share erosion for some products and price decline across the board. The competitors are the same now than when she started. The truth, Sigouin opened up the doors to them as a result of her many bad moves.

Being the lowest price is what differentiates Arjo,
