IF you are working an additional 6-7 hours everyday after work then you are working inefficiently. Yes, there will be times required to work on expenses, field day prep, e mail responses, etc.. at night. But 6-7 hours of it every night? We agreed to work 7.5 hours in the field every day when we signed on the dotted line for this job. It's called job expectations. If you can't measure up to those expecations then be a grown up and move on. Problem is most of us don't want to hear this because the truth hurts.
